Math Circles is an after-school enrichment math program for Grade 5-12 students that promotes mathematical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities in an interactive classroom setting.

Math Circles enrichment program empowers students by

Focusing on conceptual understanding

By learning conceptually instead through memorization, students develop important creative and logical thinking skills.

Building confidence in their abilities

Students develop confidence in their mathematical abilities: "If I can do difficult math, I can do anything."

The program does not duplicate the BC school curriculum; instead, it broadens and deepens it by the coherent treatment of topics and focuses on mastery learning.
